Australian Internet Censorship Information

Today was reading the always-informative reactive blog, and their Internet Censorship for Australia article. This lead me to the No Clean Feed website, where there’s a heap of information on the censorship argument, No Clean Feed banners for your website and an online petition against the censorship.
This petition is the highest ranking petition on TakingITGlobal.org, with over 13,500 signitures online (at the time of this post).
I’m going to spend some time this weekend learning a bit more about this issue. Cause it’s sounds scary to me.

Hi Guys,
I would like to ask if you could please link the website address to the official petition that will hold weight to the house of representatives. It is paper based, so anybody that would like to sign, will be able to download, print and mail back in the post.
The petition you currently have linked, although a fantastic indication it will not hold any legal weight. There’s certain rules etc that come into play.
The paper based official petition has just over 10,000 signatures in just over 2 weeks, we need 20,000 by the 15 December, to match the original petition that began this ridiculous legislation.
